Set on the Jurassic coast in Dorset in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this was a conversion of a dilapidated farm outbuilding into a new family home. The house has stunning views of the countryside, however had stringent planning restrictions due to the extended sightlines. With the incorporation of an historic stone wall and inclusion of semi industrial cladding to match others nearby, planning was granted. The internal space has a large communal area with a double height space which gives it a generous open plan feel.
