Central to the design was the retention of the lower ground floor walls and footplate of this existing bungalow with an additional floor of bedrooms added above and an extension to the rear. The site sits beside the River Foyle and has great views of the city centre which the clients wanted to optimize. Planning was granted and construction began on site in spring 2024.
