This was a refurbishment of a quite run down first floor flat, turning it into a light & attractive short stay apartment. The budget was quite small and needed to be completed quickly to get it on to the market in good time. Additionally, the client lived overseas so required the full coordination of all services & trades as well choosing all fixtures & fittings, soft furnishings & artwork.
