This project involved the proposal of a rear ground floor extension providing a large kitchen/dining area. Also, a full ‘L’ shape loft conversion with large master bedroom, small office and ensuite. Corten steel cladding was specified to the rear extension with zinc cladding to the loft. The project is due to commence on site in spring 2025.
